BI ships via UPS and will add shipping charges to your invoice.

Freight claims must be filed with the delivering carrier on merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for shortages or damages must be called into customer service (800-637-5061) within five days of receipt of goods. It is our policy to replace all damaged or shorted merchandise.
